MONDAY
PRE-NATAL CONDITIONING AND MEDITATION CLASS
Monday 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Instructor: Kristen Miller
Preparing your body and mind for labor and beyond may
also make it possible for you to birth naturally, whether
you are at home, at a birthing center or hospital, without
intervention. This allows for a much deeper and
innate connection to your body and your child during labor
and immediately following birth.
It is never too early or too late to begin a pre or post
natal conditioning program. Typical exercise routines
and fitness classes do not address the specific needs
and adaptations that pregnant and postpartum women need.
If you feel encouraged to start preparing your body and
mind for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond please come
and experience our class.
Cost: 4 classes $60.00 / 8 classes
$120.00
LEARN TO MASSAGE YOUR BABY

promotion of bonding and attachment, stimulation of brain

you expect from a class filled with babies?)
